These Terms govern your use of the GoPlacesGuru mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by IRIS EVSE INC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently provided as a beta for evaluation.
The Service is pre-release and provided for testing. It may contain errors, may change or be withdrawn, and may be unavailable at times. It connects to a test environment and should not be relied upon for safety-critical or emergency navigation.
Maps, routes, estimated times, and charging-station information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment, obey road signs, and verify charger availability and compatibility before relying on it. We are not responsible for third-party charging networks or their pricing, availability, or operation.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Beta test accounts are provided for evaluation only.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by IRIS EVSE INC and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than to use the Service as permitted here.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRIS EVSE INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms or discontinue the beta at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
